I’m Off Again!
It’s been a roller coaster 6 months since I got back. To be honest I’ve not really come to terms with it all falling apart, and really struggled to accept it was over, it just couldn’t be, not after all that work, all that effort!
Thanks to Delta Energy Services (www.des-global.com) I’ve been given a lifeline to re-ignite my dream. On the 9th May 2013 I’m leaving once again to ride my bike around the world. This time I’m leaving out Africa and the Middle East, but never say never 😉 You can view the revised route here.
The trip takes in about 53 countries over an approximate 12-14 month period. As before I’ll be documenting the whole trip here on the site, with a heavy emphasis on the social media so you can interact with each journey, suggest places to go and see, things to do, or even come and meet me along any part of the trip.
As before you’ll be able to track my progress on the site by monitoring the ‘Track Me‘ page. (This won’t be live until I leave on the 9th May 2013).
Along the way I aim to raise as much as possible for my chosen charities, so if you’re feeling generous please donate here.
Follow on facebook, twitter and YouTube to be part of the adventure.
Enjoy.

Hi Bruce,
I am a mate of Jimbo on the Fireblade Forum, 1000rr.co.uk, going by the name of Freedom of choice. I followed your progress on your last jolly and was as disappointed, ok not, anywhere near as you that you decided to turn back for all the right reasons. Good luck on the next leg and I will be making a donation in due course. Further to that I will contact Jimbo and send him a fiver to buy you a drink during the ‘ north of the border’ forum trip you are joining. Oh and do me a favour, Ask Dave too explain to you exactly what happened in the toilets at the Green Welly (or should we call it the Green Willy) truck stop if you want a laugh to keep a smile on your face that will last the trip.
Good luck and the very best of wishes.
David
