St Christopher’s Midnight Walk

St Christopher's Hospice are delighted to announce that the walk is back – on Saturday 17 September 2011.  There is a new route this year, and the walk starts at 11pm, so that participants are enroute when midnight arrives.  The walk starts and finishes at St Christopher's Hospice in Sydenham.

Registration for the 5-mile event is open to walkers aged 16 and over, and costs £15, which covers all costs including a Midnight Walk t-shirt.

Candle

This year's walk is again raising money for the  Candle project, supporting bereaved children and young people. Patsy works for the Candle team and is taking part in this year's walk – hear why.

Marshals Needed

As well as looking to recruit walkers for the Midnight Walk, St Christopher's also need teams to man the various marshal points along the route. If you would be interested in helping out, please do get in touch with Liz on the number above.
