Great Day at Whiteways Cafe

Many thanks to John & Louise Brown for allowing us to set up our TeapotOne stall at Whiteways cafe on Saturday 4th June 2011.

Despite Sunday being their busiest day, there was a fair crowd throughout the day and lots of interest shown in the project. It never ceases to amaze me the variety of people present in the biking fraternity. The wealth of knowledge and contacts on offer is mind boggling, with people from every walk of life stepping forward to impart their hard earned knowledge.

Of particular note was a chap called Chris who had such detailed knowledge of Africa and its’ inhabitants, I’m half-tempted to invite him to come along! Thanks also to Cam and the rest of the Buryhillbikers for coming over to say hi and listening to me whittle on.
